AT&T Metric Visualization Tool

Project Summary

AT&T was developing an analytics tool that would bring it into competition with Quantcast, Nielson, Omniture, and Google AdPlanner among others.  The feedback to initial development acceptance testing made it clear that the data AT&T’s tool provide was difficult for users to digest and interpret and offered little flexibility in its presentation.  AT&T began its engagement with EffectiveUI by commissioning a study of data visualization and an assessment of its competitor’s visualization options.  I worked this study alone and it secured the agency another engagement with AT&T.
