Project Summary
CenturyLink was about to kick off its marketing effort for its Prism TV entertainment service. Two variations of an informational marketing and service configuration site were produced and I conducted A/B usability testing on them, using co-located and remote moderated usability sessions with individuals from CenturyLink’s four primary markets across the US. I used the feedback from this testing to provide a third alternative that combined the strengths from the two variations and addressed the friction points participants encountered in both.
